Under the Weather - April 27th, 2008

Hello Everyone. I have been feeling a little under the weather these last couple of days. I can't keep my food down, and I have been fussy. Mommy seems to think that I have a stomach bug. I don't have a fever, but I just don't feel good. I am sleeping a lot, and lately, I can't seem to keep my fists out of my mouth. I hope I'm not cutting teeth yet?!?!? I go to the doctor this Thursday to get my first round of shots. I think I have to get five or six, so keep me in your thoughts and prayers. I don't look forward to it at all, and neither do Mommy and Daddy. Love you all.

My First Horse Show - April 26th, 2008

Hello Everyone. Mommy and Daddy took me to my first horse show! All of the performing horses were white and so pretty. They did really cool movements with their feet and legs. Mommy tells me it is called dressage. I was amazed at how well these horses were trained! Thanks, Mom and Dad. I had fun!

#1 Cardinal Fan!

Hello Everyone. My Aunt Angie bought me the cutest Cardinal's outfit, and Mommy and Daddy put it on me for the very first time today! I accidentally spit-up on my cute outfit, and Daddy asked me if I was a Cub's fan instead. He said I smiled, so I guess I am. We'll see when I get a little bigger. No.... I will always be a Cardinal's fan.
Mommy and Daddy had a dear college friend come to stay with us. His name is Chris, and he is a big Illinois and Cubs fan. He got to feed me a bottle, and I loved looking at his bright orange shirt. Come back to visit us very soon, Chris.

Big Belly

Hello Everyone. Mommy took my clothes off Sunday afternoon, so that I could hang out naked. I loved having the feeling of being free. However, Mommy and Daddy noticed my big belly, and decided to take some pictures. Oh well. I know I'm still cute!

Mom's Back To Work

This week has been kind of tough for Mommy and me. Mommy started back to work, and neither one of us were very excited about it. I'm now going to the babysitter's. Her name is Melissa, and she is really nice. She also watches a couple of other babies too. She tells me I'm the best. I miss Mommy during the day, and she calls to check on me to see how I'm doing. I'm looking forward to when I can give Mommy a big smile when she picks me up everyday. I hope she knows that I'm smiling inside. She and Daddy both are my best friends.

My First Baseball Game!

Sweet 16 Winner - April 1st

Hello Everyone. Mommy and Daddy filled out my NCAA bracket for me, since I'm not old enough to write. They asked me which teams I wanted, and I gave them the winners. Daddy's work had it broken down to where there was a winner for the Sweet 16, Elite 8, Final 4, and the championship. I was lucky enough to win the Sweet 16 bracket, and Daddy brought home my winnings! I enjoyed this so much that I think I will continue participating every year!

Uncle Stu and Aunt Jen Come to Visit!

Hello Everyone. I was able to meet my Uncle Stu and Aunt Jen this weekend for the very first time! They played with me, and Uncle Stu even got feed me a bottle. This was an exciting moment, since it was Uncle Stu's first time ever feeding a baby. I feel so special that I was the first baby he got to practice on. Looks like you are ready for your own little ones, Uncle Stu. We had such a great time. Uncle Stu and Daddy made kababs, and we all watched the NCAA Basketball tournament. I was a good boy for the most part. I love you guys, and please come back to visit me very soon!

My First Trip to the Farm - March 30th

Hello Everyone. Mommy and Daddy took me to my Gramma and Grampa's farm for the very first time! This was a special weekend because it was my Gramma's birthday. This was also the first time my Grampa got to see me, since he was sick with the flu when I was born. He was so excited to hold me, and Gramma gobbled me up too. They both want me to come up all by myself for a few days, so they can have me all to themselves and spoil me rotten. My Uncle Ronnie and Aunt Jamie came up to surprise Gramma for her birthday. My weekend at the farm was so relaxing. Mommy and Daddy showed me the moo cows, and there were two dogs, Hanibal and Chopper, who wanted to give me kisses too. I also got to see a ton of red birds hanging out around Gramma's bird feeders. They were so vibrant. Gramma was able to give me a bath. I love my baths. I'm looking forward to visiting hopefully again soon!
