My First Easter!

Hello Everyone. Easter week, Mommy and I were surprised when the Easter bunny rang our doorbell. He was with the local radio station, and came by to ask us for an Easter egg. Well, the only egg Mommy and I had was a real egg. He gave us some goodies, and I even got my picture taken with him. Daddy, Mommy, and I had a wonderful Easter Sunday too. We went to church, and Mommy took me up front when it was time for the children's message. The congregation just loved it, and when the lady leading the message bowed for prayer, she asked all the little children to gather around Mommy and me. It was so neat. I can't wait to get bigger, so that I can run around with all of the children at the church. By the way, my Aunt Ashey and Uncle Arty gave me an Easter bunny costume, and Mommy put it on me so Daddy could take pictures. I hope all of you had a lovely Easter weekend. Love to you all!

My First Road Trip!

Hello Everyone. Mommy took me on my very first road trip to Kentucky and Indiana to visit with family and friends. We got to stay with my Aunt Ashley and Uncle Arty. I finally got to meet this wonderful woman Mommy always talks about, Faye Faye. She held me, and told me I was pretty enough to model!! I like that!! She gave me two books, and a cute little Easter basket. I also got to see my GG (Grandaddy Grider), and my Great Gramma! Plus, I was able to visit with Ms. Jeannie in her beautiful pink home on Main Street. She even gave me some presents too! I had so much fun on my trip, and I was a good boy too. My Aunt Ashey made my Mommy a sweet Easter desert that was decorated like an Easter bunny. It was really good, Mommy said. I'm already looking forward to my next road trip, which will be to see my Gramma and Grampa at their farm hopefully very soon. Love you all, Benjamin.

Milestones

Hello Everyone. Benjamin wanted me to let all of you know that his circumcision has heeled, and that he lost his umbilical stump on Monday, March 3rd, which is also his La La's birthday. He is now ready to start taking big boy baths in his blue bathtub. Daddy and Mommy are looking forward to that this weekend. Daddy is going to get some video and pictures, so that we can show all of you on the website. Benjamin also had his first spit-up on Tuesday, March 4th, which is his Aunt Ashey's birthday. He is eating regulary now, and is trying to get his sleep schedule figured out. We love you all, and we'll have more pictures soon.
