Hello Everyone! She is finally here! My adorable baby sister! Emma Katherine dBroeckling "Emma Kate" arrived into the world on Thursday, December 2nd, 2010 at 7:39am. She weighed 9 pounds 2 ounces, and was 21 inches long. Mommy said she had her within six 1/2 hours once she and Daddy got to the hospital. I was in bed when they went, and one of my teachers from my school, Miss Brooke, came over at 12:30am to stay with me. Thank you, Miss Brooke. Mommy said she pushed for only ten minutes and there she was. Good job Mom! Way to go! Our neighbors Darcy and Joe also had their liitle girl, Jadie Ann, the same day and Mommy said their room was directly across the hall. She looks a lot like her Mommy, and she could be my girlfriend one day!! Joe, look out! So far, my sister has been a very good baby, and has been sleeping and eating a lot! I wish she were big enough to play with me, but Mommy and Daddy do a good job of that. I know as she gets bigger we will have a lot of fun together. I was very happy though that my Gramma Broeckling came to visit me! We had so much fun together and played so much. She read me books, and gave me my baths while Mommy and Daddy were in the hospital. Thanks for everything, Gramma. Uncle Ronnie got to come down for a few hours too. I enjoyed visiting with him as well, and couldn't stop asking where he was when he left. I can't wait for the rest of my family to meet Emma Kate. You will just melt. Happy Holidays! Love you all!
